Acto B.V. will never sell your personal data and shall provide them solely to third-parties directly involved in the provision of services. What constitutes “Personal Data”?
Pursuant to the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter “GDPR”), personal data is defined as: “any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person”. As such this includes, amongst others, your name, phone number or e-mail address. Similarly, the IP-number of your computer or device constitutes personal data as well. Whenever you are in contact with us you will inevitably share personal data with us.

What personal data do we process?
Acto B.V. offers a wide scope of services. In order to provide the best possible service we use several tools which collect, store and process personal data. Please find the different categories of personal data we acquire below:

Who you are
Name, address and e-mail address of your company or foundation. Pursuantly, the names and roles of contacts or representatives of your company are acquired and stored.

Tracking
We want to know whether the content on our website meets the needs of its guests. Trackingscripts are loaded through Google Tag Manager. This tool complies with the provisions of the GDPR.

Google Analytics
Google Analytics uses cookies to analyze how website visitors use the website. This data is kept anonymous and the tool complies with the guidelines from the AVG. This means that we have signed a processing agreement with google. It states that we have disabled the “share data” option and that we do not use other Google services in combination with the Google Analytics cookies.

LinkedIn Insights
The LinkedIn Insight-tag is a JavaScript-code which we have added to our website in order to facilitate in depth campaign analysis and help us attain valuable insight regarding our website’s visitors. We utilize LinkedIn’s Linked Insight-tag to monitor conversions, retarget website guests and gain additional insight on members who are interactively engage with our LinkedIn-ads. Please consult your LinkedIn settings, should you wish to deactivate LinkedIn’s cookies. For further information we refer you to LinkedIn’s Cookie Policy. LinkedIn’s Insight-tag facilitates the collection of metadata. This includes IP-address, time stamp, and multiple actions such as page-views. All data is coded. The LinkedIn-browser-cookie is stored within the browser of the guest until deleted or expired. The tag expires six months from the last date the guest’s browser has loaded it.

Storage of Data
The website’s forms are used to inform the contact persons of the Business Lines by e-mail of contact requests. In order to prevent any loss of contact requests due to issues with the e-mail(server), a back-up of the data is maintained in the website’s database. This data is deleted after 90 days.

Cookies
Acto B.V. uses cookies to run our website, provide our online services and collect the necessary data. Cookies enable us to safe your preferences and settings and offer you ads based on your interests. Cookies als enable you to log in. Additionally, cookies help to combat fraud and allow us to monitor the performance of our website and online services.

This is how we take care of your personal data
We spend a lot of time and money to ensure the security of our systems which includes your personal data. Acces to our systems can only be obtained through the use of an username and password combined with a RSA token. We also have a personal data breach procedure this means that we register any data leaks and, if necessary, report this leak to the authority in the Netherlands in charge of the GDPR compliance. If necessary we will also inform the person concerned.
